Q. I LOST MY PASSWORD! WHAT DO I DO?

A. If you already registered, then your registration information is still stored in the 'Regnow' database. Even if you purchased a game 2 years ago. To retrieve your password go to the Order Status Page. All you need is your email address and the last 5 digits of your credit card.

You will not be charged for retrieving your password. This service will always be available to registered users.

Q. How secure is this site? And is there any chance of a third party getting my credit card information?

A. All transactions from this site are run through "Regnow", a 100% SECURE ordeing system. Not even ANTi-Ware can see your credit card or banking information. Once you see the "http://" change to "https://" in the URL, you know the site is secure. Upon filling out the form with credit card information, the URL will change. You will also see a 'LOCK' symbol in your browser window.

Q. I downloaded a game, but it wont install. Why?

A. Some systems may seem to freeze up during the installation process. If this happens, in most cases, you can wait it out (no longer than 5 minutes) and the process will eventually complete without further complications.

Q. The password I received will not unlock the program. What can I do?

A. If this happens, please check the following list:

* Did you register the correct title? We have many different miniature golf games. If you seem to have registered the wrong game simply send us an email and we'll correct the problem.

* The programs are very picky. Your password must be typed EXACTLY as it appears in the email you received upon registration. Avoid any spaces.

* Some games require you to press the 'F1' key before entering your password. In which case, you can usually press 'F1' at anytime during the game to complete the registration.

* If you did not pay for the registration of the password you received (i.e. -got it from a crack database) then chances are, the program has been updated to refuse that specific code.

If after all these posibilities have been checked, and your password still does not work, send us an email and we will correct the problem. In some cases, we can compile a 'Pre-Registered' copy of the game for you.

Q. I don't feel safe using my credit card over the Internet. How else can I pay?

A. The Regnow ordering system we use allows you to order via:

* Online credit card transaction.

* Check or money order by mail.

* Check transaction over the phone (24hrs/day).

* Check transaction through fax (24hrs/day).

* Wired transaction.

-All purchases are a one time fee.

Q. Exactly how does the registration process work?

A. Its actually quite simple. Once you purchase your selected title by completing the online order form, your transaction is made. Once your credit card clears (usually within seconds or minutes) you will see your receipt and registration information in your browser window. This same receipt will be sent to your email. You may want to print it out for your records. The receipt will have your password (license code) included.

If you paid by mail, it will take a few days for the check or money order to reach its destination, upon which you will receive your information via email. The email (and receipt) will contain your password.

Q. Do I have to register the game before I can download it?

A. No. We ask that you download the game and "Try before you buy". Each game has a demo mode that can be played for free. The demo mode will not allow access to the entire game however. Once you register, your password will unlock the full version of the game (no extra download needed).
